Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel your tour, you must give us 48 hours notice in writing to tours@eerieearth.com to receive a full refund. 

• 24 hours 50% refund

• Less than 24 hours refunds at our discretion.

• If Eerie Earth Tours needs to cancel the tour we will inform you via email and you will receive a full refund.

Covid

• Should you have symptoms of Covid - 19 we ask that you do not attend the tour, for the safety of other guests and of the tour guide. See our cancellation policy for more information.

Behaviour 

• We will not accept any abuse or rude behaviour towards the tour guide and or the guests. You will be asked to leave the tour and a refund will not be issued and in some cases further action may be taken. 

• If you turn up to the tour under the influence of alcohol and or drugs you will be asked to leave the tour and a refund with not be issued.

Health and Safety​

• We are covered by Public Liability Insurance for conducting walking tours.

• Our Tour Guide is trained in basic first aid.

• When attending an Eerie Earth tour, you do so at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any illness, injury or death.

Accessibility 

• Please inform Eerie Earth Tours with any accessibility requirements prior to booking and we will endeavour to accommodate them.

• Please be aware that Edinburgh has lots of hills, uneven pavements, cobbles and stairs. We advise comfortable footwear and suitable clothing for the weather, tours run rain or shine.

Weather

• Tours will aim run in any weather conditions so please ensure that you plan accordingly. If the tour does need to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, you will be contacted via email and will be offered a full refund.

changes to the tours

• Sometimes we will have to change the tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as events in the city that are beyond our control e.g. road closures, extreme weather conditions or terror incidents etc. If this is the case we will contact you via email prior to the tour date to let you of any changes.

Privacy

• Eerie Earth Tours complies with information governance guidelines and GDPR. We will not sell any of your details to any third party.

Unhappy with your experience?

• In the event that you are not happy with your experience and/or was not what you expected, then please get in contact with us. We will do what we can to rectify any issues and we will inform you of the outcome in writing within 3-5 working days.
